My first time in a steam sauna, I freaked out when the steam got thick and I couldn’t find the door handle. Never thought I was claustrophobic until then! Don’t judge me. I eventually went back and fell in love with saunas; both steam and infrared. I love the way that they alleviate all of my muscle tension, open up my breathing, and steam my curls all at the same time. It’s a win-win for me!
