Irish Sea Moss Gel: Do You Know What You've Been Missing?
I hope all is well with you. COVD-19 has got a lot of people re-evaluating what really matters to them and making better choices about their health. Recently, I've made elderberry available to my customers, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Now I've decided to offer Irish sea moss gel.
Why Irish Sea Moss?
I've been taking B-complex vitamins for over a decade to increase my energy and combat fatigue. I've been taking calcium supplements since giving birth to my first son 13 years ago, so the idea of getting my body's needs met in a natural way was appealing to me.
Benefits of Sea Moss
Irish moss/Irish sea moss (Latin name: Chondrus crispus) is a seaweed rich in iodine and trace minerals. It is a source of protein, amino acids, and manganese. It contains 92 of the 102 minerals that the body is made up of! It is often used for thyroid, respiratory, and digestive health, and as a multivitamin.
How to Use Sea Moss Gel
Our sea moss gel is almost odorless and tasteless. It can be added to just about anything, such as a smoothie, oatmeal, etc. I blend the sea moss in a high-powered Vitamix blender; same brand Starbucks uses. It makes for a very smooth consistency!
Education Over Fear
A lot of fear mongering is going on concerning this pandemic, but I reject the hysteria. Our job as good stewards of our own health is to honor our bodies as best we can, and that includes what we put into them. There is not a magic cure for dis-ease, but we do know that strong, healthy immune systems are gatekeepers against sickness. Do yourself a favor, research, research, research, and then apply what you've learned!
