Re-hydrate your skin with our artisan-crafted body butter. Our body butters are crafted with quality plant-based products. They melt in your hand because they do not contain fillers and preservatives.
Directions: For best results, apply as much or as little as you'd like to clean, damp skin to lock in moisture.
Ingredients: Mango butter, cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, and essential/fragrance oil.
Vanilla Waiver (unisex)- This fragrance is a twist on traditional vanilla. It has notes of camphor, bergamot, Cassia root, heliotrope, amber, oak, sandalwood, patchouli, and vanilla.
Key-Lime Butter Creme (unisex)- A light, yummy aromatic blend of coconut, lime, and lemongrass.
Birthday Suit (Unscented) (unisex)- All natural and great for those with sensitivities to fragrance. No essential or fragrance oils added; butt naked.
Rosé (ro-zay) (feminine)- If the color rose gold had a scent, it would be this. You'll love the sweet and soft mix of coconut, candy apple, raspberry, red currant, tulip, freesia, heliotrope, rose, cashmere musk, vanilla, and amber.
Eucalyptus (unisex)- The benefits of eucalyptus oil are many, but it relieves muscle pain, soothes insect bites, and boosts mental clarity.
Midnight Oil (unisex): If you love deep and complex scents, pick this one. The notes include bergamot, orange, sparkling cassis, deep sea water, hyacinth, blue lilies, lemon zest, patchouli, and seaweed..
Lavender (unisex)- It can help to improve a number of skin conditions, from canker sores to allergic reactions, acne and age spots. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties help to ease skin conditions and reverse signs of aging. Because of lavender oil’s sedative and calming properties, it works to improve sleep and treat insomnia. When massaged into the skin, can help to relieve dysmenorrhea, which is associated with menstrual pain and cramping in the lower abdomen.
Nightcap (unisex)- Compare to Lush's Sleepy. A romantic blend of lavender and lilac lifted with beautiful notes of eucalyptus. The bouquet is softened by warm woods, white musk and a background of warm sugared vanilla.
We are dedicated to keeping our products as natural and free of harmful synthetic chemicals as possible. We do not use synthetic stabilizers and we do not formulate our light and fluffy body butters with any beeswax. As a result, our delicate products are sensitive to temperature changes. During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer, so most products do make their journey safely. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We have the same problem as companies who make and ship fine chocolates during summer months.
Why Your Body Butter May Have Melted
Unlike store-brought lotions and creams, our products do not contain ingredients like petroleum based oils and waxes to thicken and stabilize them. Our skincare products are formulated to be a semi-soft solid at room temperature. When applied to your warm skin, they instantly melt, providing an emollient, nourishing and penetrating product.
What to Do About Melting
On sunny or warm days it is best to refrigerate body butter BEFORE opening the jars. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change. It will become more like a body balm. Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipped cream) that increase the size, lightens the density, and changes the texture; making the butter light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased, but the weight remains the same. Although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full, but we assure you that each butter is filled to the rim when packaged.
**The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.**
COVID-19 Shipping/Delivery Delays
Due to COVID-19, the USPS is overwhelmed and packages are taking longer in some cities to be delivered. In some cases, the tracking information is showing that the product is still in transit with no updated information. I strive to provide great customer service and take responsibility when an error has been made on my end and sometimes even when it's not on my end. Please know that as a small business, I cannot absorb the costs to replace items waiting to be delivered or offer refunds on items yet to be delivered, because when they are finally delivered, I will have lost product and money. This is a hard place to be in as a business owner because I am not responsible for the mail delivery service, but I always want to make and keep my customers satisfied, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. My order processing times have not changed, but I no longer have control once an order is handed off to the postal service.
If 15 days have passed and USPS shows that your Priority-Mail-shipped package has still not been delivered, I will refund the cost of your order and a file an insurance claim with USPS to recoup my losses.
Skincare products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your skincare products ship out. Orders containing body butter placed after 12:00 pm on Thursdays ship out on Monday, so that they do no spend the weekend in a hot postal warehouse. Due to the natural ingredients used in our skincare products, please order to allow for delivery when someone is available to rescue your package from prolonged heat or warm weather (i.e. you can have your order delivered to your job, etc.). Our butters will melt.
If you would like for your items to be personally delivered by us to a Glynn County, Georgia location, choose the local delivery option during checkout and select a delivery time and date from the calendar. We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Local delivery is free. Please make sure that your phone number and/or email is listed so that we can contact you to confirm your delivery date. If the best contact info differs from the account information, please include the best contact information for delivery in the notes section.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery at 100% the purchase price (excludes any shipping fees incurred). No returns accepted for "clearance bin" items or swimsuits. Buyer is 100% responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) have been received in the same condition in which they were shipped. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. Eligible refunds will then be issued within 5 business days.
All Priority Mail orders are insured. We do not issue refunds for orders not received if the tracking information shows the package was delivered. If mail delivery is unreliable at your address, we suggest that you have your order shipped to another address. In the event that an order is damaged during transit and you contact us within 60 days of the mailing date, we will file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and keep you updated via email of the claim status. A refund will be issued once the claim is paid. You also have the option to file a claim on your own. See the USPS' claim procedures. Note the following whether you decide to file a claim on your own or have us do it for you: "If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package."
